the randstad digital partnership: proven delivery and expertise.

While the Romanian market offers immense potential, harnessing that talent requires the right local expertise. At Randstad Digital Romania, we are more than just an outsourcing provider; we are a partner for talent.

With 17 years of excellence and specialized hubs in Bucharest and Sibiu, Randstad Digital Romania connects global ambition with localized engineering mastery, managing over 30 complex running projects.

Our capabilities are actively driving global innovation across multiple industries. Here is a glimpse into how our teams are currently delivering impact:

aerospace & cloud R&D: For a leading global aerospace pioneer, our mixed team—including software architects, technical POs, and developers—is building a cutting-edge cloud service orchestration MVP from scratch. Leveraging technologies like Linux, Rust, Python, and Zenoh, the team is developing an L2 network mesh designed to dynamically optimize communication between diverse edge devices based on real-time conditions.
automotive & IoT: Delivering for a top-tier global automotive manufacturer on a massive firmware over-the-air (FOTA) project, our dedicated cross-functional team ensures that millions of vehicles can securely receive remote updates for critical ECU hardware. This covers multimedia, ADAS, and powertrain systems, adhering strictly to European GDPR privacy standards.
cybersecurity: Supporting a major global automotive supplier, our specialists ensure that next-generation vehicle ECUs are fortified against real-world cyber threats. By performing rigorous vulnerability analyses, creating data flow diagrams, and conducting STRIDE threat modeling, our teams are fundamentally making the cars of tomorrow safer.
connected systems & cloud architecture: Having technical ownership for a major Western European public transportation network, our colleagues are driving an entire digital transformation. From designing functional requirements and technical cloud architecture to implementation and validation, they are successfully connecting a national transit fleet to the cloud.

Our delivery capability is built on a foundation of experience, with 60.7% of our team at the senior level and 39.3% at the junior level. This translates directly into highly stable, cohesive teams that can seamlessly navigate the complexities of long-term projects without the disruption of high turnover.

To stay ahead of industry demands, we drive an active AI upskilling program — blending formal training with hands-on practice and mentorship. This commitment to continuous learning is validated by our extensive portfolio of active technical credentials. Our teams hold recognized certifications across major cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle), data platforms (Power BI), core development (Java SE 8), agile delivery frameworks (CSPO, PSM1), and emerging fields like Salesforce AI.

Finally, our teams possess exceptional cultural fluency and language versatility. While English is our operational baseline, we actively develop and deploy talent proficient in French and German, allowing us to effortlessly integrate with DACH and Francophone markets.
